Police Arrest Two Lynn Men on Crack-Cocaine Charges in Woburn
The following is based on a release from the Woburn Police Department.

Police arrested two Lynn men on a charges related to drug distribution following an ongoing narcotics investigation relating to the illegal sale and distribution of crack cocaine.
According to a release, on Friday, April 26, members of the Woburn Police Department Drug Unit arrested the men on charges related to drug distribution.
The Southern Middlesex Regional Drug Task Force and Woburn Police Department patrol officers also assisted in the investigation.

According to the release in the two weeks before the arrests police had been conducting an open narcotics investigation into a Lynn-based illegal crack cocaine sales and distribution operation operating in the city of Woburn, the towns of Stoneham and Wakefield and surrounding communities. The investigation included undercover work, reliable sources and the purchase of narcotics from the suspects.

Luis Tolentino, 40, of 309 Boston St., Apartment #C2, Lynn, was arrested on charges of distibuting a Class B drug - crack cocaine (subsequent offence), two counts of conspiracy to violate drug laws and one count of a drug violation near a school/park.
Eddie P. Sanchez, 30, of 6 Ingalls St., Lynn, was arrested on two counts of distributing a Class B drug - crack cocaine, two counts of conspiracy to violate drug laws and one count of a drug violation near a school/park.
According to the release the charges of drug violation near a school/park came after an undercover officer was directed to follow the men's vehicle which traveled by the Kennedy Middle School.
Police say the men were arrested via motor vehicle stop after an undercover purchase of the drugs totaling $150. The money was recovered after the arrest.
The release also states that both Tolentino and Sanchez attempted to resist arrest. Police say they physically resisted being removed from the vehicle and then resisted again once extracted from the car. One of the men also tried to swallow the crack cocaine evidence.
