Incidents: Oct. 17 – At 5:35 p.m., police responded to a report of an unresponsive male at Scoreboard Bar &amp; Grill on Middlesex Canal Parkway. Police assisted Woburn Fire with rendering medical aid to the man, who was identified as a Kentucky resident. The man was taken to Lahey Clinic via WFD.
