POLICE LOG: Woman Arrested for OUI Following Accident

At 6:02 p.m. police arrested Christine Buehler, 64, of 26 Montvale Road, Woburn, on a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence. The arrest was made after police responded to a motor vehicle accident at the Courtyard Marriott where a vehicle had its front end in the bushes. Buehler was the driver and while providing information to the police she appeared intoxicated but refused a field sobriety test. Police could also smell alcohol on her person.

June 24-
At 10:26 a.m. police arrested Andrew Diianni, 39, of 26 Stoddard Road, Woburn, on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. The arrest was made after police made a motor vehicle stop on Arlington road for speeding. While running his information police learned Diianni was driving with a suspended license.
At 8:50 p.m. police responded to a North Warren Street apartment on a report of missing money.
Police spoke to the caller who said he had a plain white envelope with $340 inside that he placed on a dresser the night before. The money was to be used for rent. He said that when he went to get it at about 8:45 p.m. that day he noticed the envelope was missing. Nothing else was missing from the bedroom.
The caller said his female roommate was not home at the time but he did say they had been helping a friend in his mid 20s who has been staying in the apartment. He is not sure if he took the money or not but believes he did so. The caller said he wanted the incident logged.
