In this past week the Sgt. Wakefield started the 2nd half on the side kick for Woburn to recover on the 35-yard line.  Woburn punted on the 4th down to the 35-yard line. At the 35-yard line Wakefield attempted to pass and Andrew Nicholas knocked the ball down like a hot potato.  Again Wakefield attempted a pass for Jesus Pizarro to swat the ball out of the way as if it were a misquito attempting to bite.  Woburn took over at the 45-yard line with not much happening as Kyle Chorlton punted for Wakefield to take over.  Woburn’s defense stopped Wakefied in their tracks with great tackling by Kyle Chorlton, Charles O’Connor, and Joseph Silverhus.  Woburn took over and on the 4th down Kyle Chorlton bravely attempted a 40-yard field goal attempt but it was no good.  Wakefield took over on the 25-yard line with a pass intercepted by Andrew Nicholas at the 35-yard line.  David Lennon carried the ball for 5-yards.  Luke Scaramozzinno took a knee as time ran out for Woburn to win the game and make it to the play-offs.  There was great team work and the Coaches deserve credit as well.  Woburn won 30-0.
