What is going on with Woburn Caffe Restaurant & Pizzeria?

The restaurant at 385 Main Street is closed for good. The place is closed, the phone number no longer works and a new restaurant is advertising its opening.

The business posted this on its web site:

"Woburn Pizza is sorry to announce that we have closed our doors and moved onto other ventures. We met many wonderful people and will miss you all."

According to the signs a restaurant called Pinxtxo Pincho, a Tapas Bar, is soon to open.
