The event is set to run from 1 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on Saturday at Library Park on Harrison Avenue in town. Admission is free for children under 12-years old with a paying adult. Admission is also free for active duty members of the military with a valid ID. General admission for adults is then $20. Proceeds from the festival will go to veterans and veterans charities in the area.
