There may not be any snow on the ground yet, but the City of Woburn has announced the start date for this year's winter parking ban.The ban is set to go into effect on Sunday, Nov. 15, at 2 a.m.No parking is permitted on the even number side of streets from 2 a.m. to 6 a.m., unless signs state otherwise. Money fines will be enforced.The ban is usually lifted in April.
