WORCESTER, MA — Two renovation projects will begin next month in Worcester.
A dog park in the city and the sidewalk at Worcester Common on Franklin Street are to be renovated, starting Nov. 3.
Work is estimated to last for two months at the dog park located at Beaver Brook. It will get new pea and rice stone surfacing, benches, trash bins, a water bottle filling station and solar lights. The renovation at Vernon Hill will start right after Beaver Brook is finished.

The concrete pavers on the Worcester Common Franklin Street sidewalk will be replaced. Construction will take place daily, but will have minimal impact on pedestrian traffic to the Worcester Common and City Hall.
