Illegal Guns, Drugs Found In Worcester Residence, Police Say

WORCESTER, MA — Two men in Worcester were caught with illegal guns and drugs on Monday, according to police.

Jeremiah Horne, 24, and Isaiah Horne, 27, are facing charges after police found multiple illegal guns and drugs in a Worcester residence on Hitchcock Road.

Officers were surveilling a residence to execute a warrant for the arrest of Jeremiah Horne. Police said that officers then pulled over a black BMW SUV that had exited the residence and asked the driver to exit the vehicle. The driver, Isaiah Horne, refused and hit a detective with his car, according to the Worcester Police Department.

State police and other officers joined to follow the SUV through the city and onto I-290 and I-190. Worcester police said that after a perimeter was established, Isaiah surrendered to the police, while Jeremiah was arrested inside the residence.

Among the items police found were rounds of different caliber ammunition, three magazines, three large capacity magazines, parts for manufacturing firearms, and 42 grams of cocaine.

Jeremiah Horne is facing many charges, including Unlawful possession of a firearm, Trafficking in Class B (37-99 Grams), and Armed Career Criminal Level 3.

Isaiah Horne was charged with A&B with a Dangerous Weapon, with a Motor Vehicle, and Unlawful possession of a firearm, among many other charges.
