Volunteer Fair at the Worcester Public Library, 3 Salem Square. Learn about volunteer opportunities for all interests and backgrounds on Sept. 20, 10 a.m. to noon.
Worcester Food Truck and Craft Beer Festival at Worcester Common on Oct. 11 at noon. A day filled with food, drinks, lawn games, music, shopping and more.

Running/Walking Events
UMass Cancer Walk on Sept. 28 at Polar Park, 100 Madison St.
The Official Halloween Bar Crawl kicks off at Bay State Brewery and Tap Room, 112 Harding St. for a two-day event. It's on Oct. 31 at 4 p.m. and Nov. 1 at noon.
Run4Veterans 5k Road Race at Polar Park, 100 Madison St., on Nov. 2 at 8 a.m.
Boo Meadow Brook is your chance to explore a trail in the darkness at Mass Audubon's Broad Meadow Brook. It's on Oct. 17 from 6 to 8 p.m. and registration is required.
