4 Charged In Worcester For Crack Cocaine Distribution
After witnessing an apparent drug exchange, Worcester police arrested four individuals under multiple substance charges.
WORCESTER, MA - The Worcester Police arrested four individuals under substance possession and distribution charges.
The police detained Bruce Monfreda, 65, Heidi Provost, 47, Michael Kohlstrom, 33 and Nam Nguyen, 26, on the morning of Jan. 3 after seeing an apparent exchange of drugs.
Monfreda and Kohlstrom are charged with Distribution of a Class B Substance, Possession of a Class B Substance with Intent to Distribute and Conspiracy to Violate the Controlled Substance Laws. Provost is charged with the aforementioned ones, plus an outstanding arrest warrant. Nguyen is also being booked on the same charges, along with Trafficking in a Class B Substance 18-36 grams and an outstanding arrest warrant.
