MASSACHUSETTS — Niche.com just released its 2022 rankings of the best public high schools in the country, and Massachusetts is well represented among the top.

Niche's 2022 rankings factored in academic and student life data from thousands of schools across the country. The top-ranked public high school in the country was The Davidson Academy, located in Reno, Nevada. The best public high school in Massachusetts was the Massachusetts Academy for Math and Science in Worcester, which was ranked third best in the U.S.

The other Massachusetts schools to crack the top 100 were Lexington High School (37th), Boston Latin School (71st) and Weston High School (72nd). Niche also ranked the top schools in each state. In Massachusetts, these were the 50 top-ranked public high schools:
