WORCESTER, MA — Worcester police have arrested and charged a local man in connection to a daytime stabbing along Chandler Street earlier this month.Passersby flagged down police around 3:30 p.m. on May 2. Officers found the victim wounded and lying along the sidewalk near the corner of Murray Avenue. The victim was taken to a local hospital for treatment of his injuries. Last Thursday, police arrested Joseph Erb, 35, an Austin Street resident, on a warrant in connection to the stabbing.
