Dominican Man Living In Worcester Indicted For Selling Guns

He is subject to deportation after finishing his sentence.

WORCESTER, MA — A Dominican man who was living in Worcester was indicted for selling guns in the area.

Ranfli Felix Garcia Brito sold more than 20 firearms and ammunition in Worcester, the U.S. Attorney's Office. Charging documents said he was identified as a firearms trafficker in the Worcester area in April.

Garcia Brito, 36, sold an AR-15 style rifle and extra high-capacity magazines to an individual who was cooperating with law enforcement. The sale happened in the parking lot of a Walmart Supercenter in the city.

Over a few months, Garcia Brito sold 20 guns, multiple magazines, ammunition, a silencer and a laser attachment, according to USAO.

Brito could face up to five years in prison and is suject to deportation upon completion of his senence.
