GreenTech Park Coming To Worcester's Saint-Gobain Land: Report
A plot of land near Interstate 90 is likely going to be redeveloped for manufacturing use.
WORCESTER, MA - Saint-Gobain's 51 acres of land could be fully cleared and redeveloped into plots for manufacturing companies, according to the Telegram & Gazette.
3 years from now, the land along Interstate 90 may look a lot different, as the nonprofit Worcester Business Development Corporation told the Telegram that it took ownership of Saint-Gobain's land in a no-cost transfer back in 2022.
