Help Name Worcester’s Snowplows

Worcester's students picked out the names, and now it's up to the residents to determine which four will be the winners.

WORCESTER, MA - Worcester has snowplows to name, and it wants its residents to help pick them out.

In part with Worcester Public Schools (WPS), the city is bringing in the public to help name its plows. The list of eligible names can be found at this link, and voters can submit up to four entries through the form. The top four names will be enshrined on the plows.

Each name was selected by a WPS classroom. The winning classes will get a visit from and a photo opportunity with their named truck and recognition at a future city council meeting.
