Home Listings In Worcester County Decreased Last Month: Report
Median home prices across the Worcester metro area decreased in December.
WORCESTER, MA - According to figures from Realtor.com, the average home price in Worcester County was down 0.5% in December 2023, according to the Milford Daily News.
Numbers show the median price of a house in December was listed around $527,400, while the previous month was $529,850. Throughout the Worcester metro area, average prices fell to $499,900.
In Massachusetts, the median home price decreased from November to $732,450.
