Menorah Lighting Party Set For Worcester's Newton Square
Live music, fire performers and holiday treats are just a few of the festivities planned for the Newton Square party.
WORCESTER, MA - It’s been nearly 20 years since the last time Hanukkah started on the same day as Christmas, and this time around Worcester is holding a massive celebration.
Tomorrow, Dec. 25, a grand lighting will be held at the menorah in Newton Square. A live DJ will bring the beats, and there will be jelly donuts, latkes and hot chocolate as well.
In keeping with the theme of lighting, a fire performer will also be standing by to perform some hot tricks.
