Paxton Man Accused Of Child Pornography Reproduction: U.S. Attorney
A Paxton man was charged with reproduction of child sexual abuse material and appeared in Worcester federal court.

WORCESTER, MA - A Paxton man was accused of reproducing child sexual abuse material (CSAM), according to the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Massachusetts.
Barry Ward, 32, appeared in federal court in Worcester following his arrest on Feb. 14. In Oct. 2024, Ward was identified as a member in an online messaging group where members discussed incestuous activities relating to minors.
Undercover officers allegedly talked to Ward on those channels, where the latter said he had a "private group" with other users. He was arrested on Feb. 14 and was charged with reproduction of child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

Such an offense carries a mandatory minimum sentence of five years (up to 20 in prison) and at least five more of supervised release.
