Person Found In Worcester Dumpster During Trash Pickup, Police
The person was likely sleeping in the container, police said.
WORCESTER, MA — A person was found in a dumpster after being picked up by a garbage truck in Worcester on Wednesday morning, according to police.
Worcester police were called to the Dunkin' on Grafton Street at around 6:30 a.m. A private trash company went to empty a dumpster outside when a human went with the trash, police said.
The worker with the trash company saw the person in the trash compartment with a camera on the truck, so they called the police.

Police said the person was likely sleeping in the dumpster. They were assisted out of the trash and taken to the hospital.
There were no significant injuries, and the individual was conscious and able to speak with officers.
