Powerball Winning Tickets Worth Big Money In Massachusetts Are Just Days Away From Expiring
Both tickets were bought for drawings with a jackpot worth more than $1 billion.

BOSTON - Check those old Powerball tickets: Massachusetts Lottery officials say two big winners sold in the state last year have gone unclaimed and are just days away from becoming worthless.

One winning ticket worth $100,000 was bought at a Shell gas station on Plantation Street in Worcester for an Oct. 2, 2023 drawing. The winning numbers for that game were 12-26-27-43-47 with a Powerball of 5.
The other, worth $50,000, was purchased at Lincoln Liquors on Summer Street in Chelmsford for the Oct. 7, 2023 drawing. Those winning numbers were 47-54-57-60-65 with a Powerball of 19.
