Second Arrest Made In 14-Year-Old Worcester Boy's Shooting Death
The 14-year-old died Friday while handling a gun. A second arrest was made on Monday, police said.

WORCESTER, MA — Worcester police on Monday made another arrest in connection to the Friday accidental shooting death of a 14-year-old.
The shooting happened around 4 p.m. Friday in an apartment in the Bell Hill neighborhood. The boy died at the scene, according to police.
Hours later, Worcester police arrested a 16-year-old. The district attorney's office has not said what charge the teen is facing. Worcester police said Monday night that a second "male juvenile" had been arrested on undisclosed charges.

"The incident is still under investigation, but there is no continuing danger to the public as a result of it," police said in a tweet.
The 14-year-old was the third person under 18 in Worcester to die by gun violence since February. Zella Nunez, 11, died in early March along with her mother after two men opened fire on their car in the Columbus Park neighborhood, according to police. A 17-year-old was shot and killed in the Union Hill neighborhood in February.
