Second Water Main Break In Shore Drive Area In Worcester
The break was isolated, and water was off, but it will take all day and night to recover fully, accoridng to the city.

WORCESTER, MA — The city has experienced a second water main break in the Shore Drive Area on Wednesday.
The break happened at the intersection of the I-190 Southbound Frontage Road and Shore Drive by the YMCA. Around 8 a.m., the city announced that the break was isolated and the water was off.
Water system pressure and flow are rising, but will take all day and overnight to fully recover, the city said. Residents can also expect discolored water.

I-190 Southbound Frontage Road is closed, as well as Shore Drive from the YMCA to Norton Drive.
This comes just a few days after an initial break on Shore Drive. The city announced a break on Saturday morning. Water service was restored, and additional repairs were made on Monday.
