Southbridge Man Pleads Guilty In Central MA Drug Ring
His sentencing is set for November.
WORCESTER, MA — A Southbridge man pleaded guilty in federal court in Worcester for his role in a drug trafficking organization in Central Massachusetts.
Eric Rivera, 33, pleaded guilty to one count of conspiring to possess with the intent to distribute cocaine. He was indicted in November 2024 after participating in a drug trafficking conspiracy, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office in Massachusetts.
In total, Rivera moved between 15 and 50 kilograms of cocaine, according to the USAO. He provided "drop addresses" for drug packages in Worcester County and drove packages of cocaine.

Rivera was indicted with co-conspirators Luis Sastre Pagan and Miguel Lopez, who both pleaded guilty.
Rivera faces up to 20 years in prison. His sentencing is set for November 12.
