WORCESTER, MA - Joshua Hubert, who was accused in 2017 of kidnapping and raping a seven-year-old girl before throwing her off the I-290 bridge in Lake Quinsigamond, is set to go to trial April 7 in Worcester Superior Court, according to court records.
