Truck Crash Closing Mass Pike Ramp, Expect Wider Delays: MassDOT
The crash Wednesday morning in Auburn happened on the ramp between I-290 and I-90.
AUBURN, MA — MassDOT will close a Mass Pike interchange at 9 a.m. Wednesday for cleanup related to a truck crash, and drivers should expect delays across the Worcester area.
The closure will happen along the ramp to I-90 westbound from I-290, I-395 and Route 12. It's unclear how long the closure will last, but MassDOT workers will be in the area removing debris from the roadway.
"Drivers needing to access I-90 westbound will be diverted to use eastbound lanes to Interchange 94 to reverse direction," MassDOT said in an alert Wednesday morning.

The crash happened around 7:30 a.m. Wednesday, and had already closed the ramp in the area, creating backups.
