Uxbridge Superintendent Charged On Drunken Driving
The superintendent of Uxbridge was charged with multiple offenses stemming from a drunk driving arrest Tuesday morning.
WORCESTER COUNTY - The superintendent of Uxbridge, Michael Baldassarre, was arraigned in Clinton District Court this morning on charges of drunken driving, according to court records.
Baldassarre was arrested in Bolton on Jan. 18 and charged with operating under the influence of liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. He was also given two civil motor vehicle infractions.
Baldassarre was released on personal recognizance and is scheduled for a pretrial hearing on March 3.
