WORCESTER, MA — Have you ever wanted to own a bar in Worcester? Well, here's your chance.

The Menkiti Group is seeking a new tenant to take over an existing built bar and lounge space in Downtown Worcester, at 536 Main St. Three applicants will get the chance to pitch their ideas to a live panel of judges in a "Shark Tank-style" competition.

The new tenant at the former location of The Muse will activate the retail space, with neighbors like Alma Gaucha Prime Steakhouse, Workbar, and Cold Stone Creamery.
