Worcester To Host 2026 Landlord Summit Next Month
The event is for rental property owners and those interested in rental properties to learn how the city interacts with rental investments.
WORCESTER, MA — The city is inviting residential property owners to attend its annual Landlord Summit next month.
The event at the DCU Center on Jan. 10 is meant for rental property owners and those interested in investing in rental properties to learn how the city interacts with rental investments. Some of the topics to be discussed include "Top Ten Tips to Build a Great Real Estate Business in Massachusetts" and "Housing and Homelessness."
Attendees will have the chance to meet and hear from city officials, including City Manager Eric D. Batista and the heads of various city departments.
