WORCESTER, MA - A new 11-story apartment complex may be coming to Downtown Worcester, according to the Telegram & Gazette.

The area at 17 Pearl St. is being targeted by Springfield-based HHM Cube Properties for a 139-unit apartment building. The plans were submitted to the Planning Board and are currently under review.
