A Worcester Man Exposed Himself To Teenagers In A Macy's, Hit With Duo Of Charges
A Worcester man was hit with a duo of charges after allegedly exposing himself to three teenagers in a shopping mall bathroom.

WORCESTER, MA - A Worcester man was arrested on Tuesday, Jan. 14, after allegedly exposing himself to a group of teenagers at the Auburn Mall.
Hector Diaz, 62, was in a bathroom in the Macy’s at the Auburn Mall and “exited a stall with his pants down and genitals exposed knowing that the juveniles were in the common area of the bathroom,” Auburn police shared in a post on Facebook.
The three teenagers who were in the bathroom notified an employee at Macy’s and the police subsequently responded.

Diaz was charged with open and gross lewdness and lascivious behavior. He was arraigned Wednesday in Worcester District Court and was released on personal recognizance. He was also ordered to stay away from the victims and was given a verbal no-trespass order.
