Worcester Man Charged With Larceny, Fraud After Vehicle Break-Ins In Maynard
He is accused of using a credit card stolen from a vehicle.

WORCESTER, MA — A Worcester man is facing charges after a weeklong investigation into motor vehicle break-ins and thefts in Maynard, according to the Maynard Police Department.
Jose Olivio Adorono, 25, was charged with larceny and fraud, among other things, police said.
Police said that on multiple occasions, vehicles were stolen in Maynard and found in neighboring cities, like Worcester and Fitchburg. In one instance, a credit card was taken and used from the stolen vehicle, as well.

Maynard police identified Adorono as the suspect and found that he had multiple items stolen in recent vehicle break-ins.
Adorono was arraigned on Wednesday in Concord District Court.

“This case highlights the dedication and hard work of our officers and detectives, whose commitment to keeping our community safe resulted in the arrest of a suspect," said Maynard Police Chief Troiano. "As always, I'd like to encourage all Maynard residents to please lock your vehicle doors and do not leave valuables in vehicles overnight."
