Worcester Man Charged With Loaded Gun: WPD
A Worcester man was found carrying a loaded gun without the proper license.

WORCESTER, MA - A Worcester man was charged yesterday afternoon with carrying a loaded firearm without a license, according to the Worcester Police Department (WPD).
Officers received a report of a person wearing a gray jacket and a fanny pack with a gun involved in a dispute. Responders arrived on Main Street and found Andrew Toney, 40, of Queen Street who matched the description.
Toney became agitated when approached by the police, and when he was detained an officer found "what appeared to be a firearm inside the fanny pack, and noticed what appeared to be the handle of a firearm sticking out of the fanny pack," according to the WPD's news release.

Toney was arrested and charged with Carrying a Loaded Firearm without a License, Possession of a Firearm without an FID Card (subsequent offense) and Possession of Ammunition without an FID Card.
