Worcester Man Charged With Possession Of Crack Cocaine, Marijuana
Police said they believed the drugs were packaged for distribution and not personal use.

WORCESTER, MA — A Worcester man was charged with possession of crack cocaine and marijuana on Thursday afternoon, according to police.
Officers pulled over a vehicle moving at a high rate of speed and found some drugs on the passenger, who was identified as Armani Santiago, 21. Santiago was found to have a number of baggies of crack cocaine and marijuana inside a large black bag.
Police said they believed the drugs were packaged for distribution and not personal use.

Santiago was charged with Possession of a Class B Substance with Intent to distribute and Possession of a Class D Substance with Intent to distribute. The driver and three other passengers were free to leave.
