Man Accused Of Vandalizing 2 Art Mural Pillars At Worcester City Hall

A man is facing vandalism charges after defacing several spots around Worcester, according to police.

WORCESTER, MA - The Worcester Police Department arrested a man believed to have vandalized city hall property.

On Monday, officers responded to a report of vandalism of two art mural pillars at the end of the City Hall building.

The following day, another officer was called to the scene of another instance at 120 Front St. Both incidents were caught on camera, and the perpetrators looked like the same person, according to police.

On Jan. 8, an officer spotted the suspect, later identified as Kevin Kobler, 35, by Union Station. Police said he wore the same clothes as the person in the video footage. Kobler is facing vandalism charges.
