Worcester Residents Invited To Forum On Redesign Plan
Residents of Worcester are invited to share questions and concerns about an upcoming redesign plan for Endicott and Bigelow Street.

WORCESTER, MA - Worcester is inviting its residents to learn more about the future of the Green Island neighborhood’s redesign project.
On Monday Jan. 6 at 6 p.m., there will be a meeting at the WRTA Community Room at 42 Quinsigamond Ave. with plenty of information regarding the project. Residents can ask questions, learn about the plan and voice any concerns they might have.
The city has developed a series of design changes to make Endicott and Bigelow Street, a pivotal intersection in the Green Island neighborhood, safer. These changes include a bike lane next to Crompton Park, expanded sidewalks, trees for shade and raised crosswalks.

Additionally, there will also be environmental benefits. The completed project will add 24 new native trees to Endicott Street and five to Bigelow Street.
