Worcester Teen Caught With Fentanyl, Crack: Police
Police witnessed an illegal drug deal on Monday afternoon.
WORCESTER, MA — A teen from Worcester faces charges after police officers witnessed his involvement in an illegal drug transaction this week.
Rey Francisco was accused of intending to distribute fentanyl and crack on Main Street on Monday afternoon. The 19-year-old began to walk away when officers approached him.
Police found several small baggies containing drugs where Francisco was seen standing.

He was charged with Possession of a Class A Substance (fentanyl) with intent to distribute and Possession of a Class B Substance (crack) with intent to distribute.
