Worcester's Public Buildings Closed MLK Day, Trash, Recycling Delayed
Public buildings in Worcester will be closed in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day, and trash and recycling pick-up will be delayed.

WORCESTER, MA—The city's public buildings will be closed on Jan. 20 for Martin Luther King Jr. Day, the city announced on its website.
Worcester also announced that trash and recycling will not be picked up on Monday due to forecasted inclement weather.
"This will result in a one-day delay for the remainder of the week," the city wrote on X.
