What Do You Think of the Norfolk Recreational Facilities?
Gale Associates and Norfolk Recreation Department administers survey to form master plan.

Norfolk Recreation and architectural and engineering firm Gale Associates has administered a survey to residents to gauge the needs and wants of the community.
The survey asks residents what types of recreational and organized athletic activities he or she participates in, how they find out about Norfolk Recreation Department programs, how often they use the facilities available, the condition of the facilities, what kind of improvements could be made and more. Results will help formulate a 10-year master plan.
“Master Plans are only done once every 10-20 years so we are hoping to get as much input as possible now,” Recreation Director Ann Proto told Sun Chronicle. “The impact of the Master Plan is going to affect those who currently participate in recreation programming and/or sports as well as future participants.
