MICHIGAN — Someone in Michigan won a $1 million prize in Tuesday's Mega Millions drawing, becoming the first Michigan winner in 2025, according to the Michigan Lottery.

The winning ticket matched the five white balls in Tuesday night's drawing (20-24-33-39-48), according to lottery officials.

It was bought at the Shell gas station, located at 37820 Green Street in New Baltimore, according to lottery officials.

The lucky winner should contact the Lottery’s Player Relations division at 844-917-6325 to claim the prize.

Mega Millions prizes must be claimed within one year from the date of the drawing.

"A Michigan Lottery player is starting the new year off with a big boost to their bank account after winning $1 million in last night’s Mega Millions drawing" said Lottery Commissioner, Suzanna Shkreli. "Congratulations to the winner."
