SOUTHEAST MICHIGAN — Temperatures across southeastern Michigan are cooling back down along with more rain this week, according to the National Weather Service.

Highs across the region will hover around 50 degrees on Tuesday and Wednesday, before more rain moves into the area on Thursday, according to the weather service.

The rain is expected to move into the region overnight Thursday and continue through the evening hours, according to the weather service.

Highs in the region will return to the mid 50s by Friday and continue through the weekend under mostly sunny skies, according to the weather service.
