MI Gas Prices Fall To 2025 Low: AAA

Gas prices across Michigan hit a 2025 low Monday, according to AAA.

Michigan drivers paid an average of $2.71 for a regular gallon of gas, down 13 cents from last week and 42 cents from last month, according to AAA.

Drivers paid an average of $40 for a full 15-gallon tank of gas, according to AAA.

Gas prices are also down in the metro Detroit area, with drivers paying an average of $2.80 for a regular gallon of gas, according to AAA.

That average in the Detroit area is down five cents from last week and 28 cents from last month, according to AAA.

The most expensive places in Michigan to get gas were in Ann Arbor ($2.87), Metro Detroit ($2.80) and Benton Harbor ($2.71), according to AAA.

The cheapest places in Michigan to get gas were in Traverse City ($2.54), Flint ($2.60) and Marquette ($2.64), according to AAA.
