What's Open, Closed for Christmas in Berkley, Huntington Woods

Christmas Eve and Christmas Day are a time for many to spend celebrating with family and friends and, as such, banks, offices, restaurants and stores will be closed or have shortened hours Monday and Tuesday in observance of the holiday.

Here's a quick look at what will be open and closed in Berkley and Huntington Woods. Please leave a comment if you have something to add!

O'Mara's Restaurant

• The Berkley eatery is all booked for Christmas Eve dinner, which will be served from 4 to 10 p.m. Monday, Dec. 24. However, the bar area will be open. Call 248-399-6750 for more information. O'Mara's will be closed Tuesday, Dec. 25, which is Christmas Day.

Kam's Express

• The Berkley restaurant will be open 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Christmas Eve and 1 to 9 p.m. Christmas. Kam's will be closed Wednesday, Dec. 26.

24 Seconds Bar & Grill

• The sports bar will be open 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Christmas Eve and 7 p.m. to 2 a.m. Christmas Day. Gift cards are available.

Westborn Market

• The grocery will be open 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday and closed on Christmas Day.

Hiller's

• The grocery will be open 7 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. Monday and closed on Christmas Day.

City of Berkley

• City Hall and 45A District Court offices will be closed Monday and Tuesday.
• The Berkley Public Library will be closed Monday and Tuesday.
• The United States Postal Service Post Office will be closed Tuesday.

City of Huntington Woods

• City Hall will be closed Monday and Tuesday.
• The Huntington Woods Public Library will be closed Monday and Tuesday.

Berkley School District

• There will no classes Monday through Wednesday, Jan. 2.
