4 Women Steal $4K Of Clothing From Birmingham Lululemon Store: Police

Four women were arrested Wednesday in connection to a theft at a Lululemon store in Birmingham, police said.

BIRMINGHAM, MI — Four women were arrested Wednesday in connection to a theft at a Lululemon store in Birmingham, police said.

All four women were charged with first-degree retail fraud, which is a five-year felony, police said.

Police said three women went into the Lululemon store on Old Woodward Avenue in Birmingham on Wednesday at 6:40 p.m. and ran out with over $4,000 worth of clothing without paying.

The three women then got into a nearby vehicle that sped away from the area, police said.

Royal Oak Police stopped the vehicle shortly later and Birmingham officers determined the women in the car were involved with the theft at the Lululemon store, police said.

Officers recovered all the stolen clothing in the vehicle, police said.
