- Approving the request of the to hold the Birmingham Cruise Event on Aug. 17.
- Setting a public hearing for June 11 for the property located at 187 Wimbleton.
- Setting a public hearing for June 11 to consider two zoning ordinance amendments.
- Approving Davey Resource Group to perform the City Tree Inventory for a total project cost not to exceed $57,600.Â
- Accepting the recommendation of the Advisory Parking Committee to install three new parking meters on the north side of Euclid Avenue, adjacent to North Old Woodward Avenue, with a one-hour time limit and a rate of $1 per hour.

The city is also requesting commissioner feedback on a draft proposal:
- This proposal would establish an ad hoc Multi-Modal Transportation Master Plan Advisory Committee. This committee would provide recommendations to the city commission during the master planning process through Dec. 31, 2013.Â
- Commissioners would need to designate two committers to represent the commission on this committee.
- The city would also look for a variety of other representatives for the board, from a bicyclist representative, to a motorist to the "millennial generation representative" (someone born between 1980-1999).
