On the Agenda: Dunkin Donuts Looking to Move In on Woodward

The Birmingham Planning Board will meet at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at City Hall.

All Seasons of Birmingham:

All Seasons of Birmingham, a senior retirement home looking to move into 820 E. Maple Rd., will come before the planning board for its preliminary site plan and community impact study review.

All Seasons is looking to construct a with 123 apartments and eight live/work units.

Dunkin Donuts:

Dunkin Donuts is looking to move into 33779 Woodward Ave., . Dunkin is looking to construct a single-story donut bakery with a drive-thru window.

The plans come before the Planning Board for their Special Land Use Permit review, preliminary site plan review and community impact study review.

Study Session:

The Planning Board will discuss the following subjects during their study session. No review decisions are made during study sessions and members of the public are allowed to speak at the end of the session.
