Appointments:
- Gerald Dreer and Tom Spoto will interview for two spots on the Traffic and Safety Board for terms to expire in July 2015.
- George Stern and Russell Dixon will interview for two spots on the Museum Board for terms to expire in July 2015.
- Linda Forrester will interview for one spot on the Martha Baldwin Park Board for a term to expire in May 2015.

Consent Agenda:
- Approve the use of 10 parking spaces on South Old Woodward to fulfill a portion of off-street parking for the business located at 670 S. Old Woodward.
- Approve the appointment of election inspectors for the Aug. 7 primary.
- Approve the purchase of 31A hot mix, at $47.75 per ton, and UPM cold mix, at $106.75 per ton, from Barrett.
- Approve the change order for Davey Resource Group to complete the City Tree Inventory project. The change order involves $16,000 for an estimated 4,000 additional trees. The total project is estimated to cost $74,200.

Unfinished Business:
- Approve the service agreement with Deaf & Hearing Impaired, Inc. for $2,370 for services purchased during fiscal year 2012-13.

New Business:
The City Commission will consider several amendments to Chapter 126 of the city's zoning ordinance. Â
The commission will consider a resolution assigning the rights under the existing bistro contract with to the new co-licensee, Addie & Jack's, LLC. As part of this resolution, the commission will consider adding Addie & Jack's, LLC as a co-licensee for the Class C liquor license currently owned by Papa Joe's. Â
Addie & Jack's is a proposed restaurant from and owner, Mindy VanHellemont. According to Metromix, the restaurant concept includes upscale American comfort food with an extensive wine and beer program. The restaurant would open inside Papa Joe's.
In addition, the following resolutions will come before the city commission:
- Maintaining the current rates for the annual dog park pass at $50 for residents and $200 for non-residents.
- Approving the contract with Parkmobile USA
