Currently the lot is vacant and is situated between Villa and Hazel on the east side of Eton, just south of . When the applicant originally purchased the lot, the proposed building was supposed to become Building No. 1 in the Eton Street Station development, also known as Crosswinds Condominums.
The current owner has since withdrawn from the jurisdiction of the Crosswinds Condominium Association and would like to make several design changes to the previously-approved building.
The original development was approved by the planning board in 2005.
Study Session:
During a special study session, the planning board will consider zoning code amendments that would require any business looking to sell on-premise alcohol to receive a Special Land Use Permit from the city.
