Preliminary Site Plan Review:

Representatives from All Seasons of Birmingham, located at 820 E. Maple Rd. and formerly Hamilton Funeral Home, will come before the planning board with a request to construct a five- and three-story independent senior living residence. The building will include 123 apartments and eight live/work units.
