have chosen three comedies and one drama for the annual Village Players One Act Festival, to be held July 27-29.
Plays from four playwrights in Royal Oak, Bloomfield Township and Rochester Hills were chosen for the festival. The playwrights are members of Playwrights at Work (PaW), the play-writing arm of the Village Players.

The community theater group will open its 90th season in September.
